    Do you know about our Optimum Scans?
    If you have mainly company-specific questions that cannot be addressed in a classroom setting with other customers present, we recommend an Optimum Scan. In this format our consultants discuss and analyze your processes with you (and your team) directly on-site and carry out configuration together with your administrator(s).

    This course is designed for administrators that have already been able to gather experience working with umantis products and already know administration basics. Ideally, participants in this course have already participated in the Basic Administrator Training course or already received a form of administrator training from an umantis consultant (e.g. during a workshop or implementation project).

    Registration is binding and the participation fee must be paid (net) within 20 days.
    The following processing fees will be charged for cancellations:
  • Up to 30 days before the start of the course: 10% of the course fee.
  • From 30 days to 21 days before the start of the course: 50% of the course fee.
  • For cancellations 21 days before the start of the course and for no-shows, the full course fee will be charged.

  • Each additional person from the same company will receive a 50% discount. In case of overbooking we give preference to the main administrators from each respective customer.
